How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful holiday house just 5min walking to Playa La Barrosa

Beautiful holiday house just 5min walking to Playa La Barrosa: This terraced house is located in the private residential colony Doña Violeta, at only five min. walking to the wonderful beach La Barrosa.

 

It has four bedrooms and a capacity for maximal six persons. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one single bed each (90 cm width) and one bedroom with dobule bed (135 cm). Of course there is a bathroom, too.

 

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room with open fire place is very cozy even in winter. You can dry your laundry in the small courtyard.

 

The large garden (130 m2) has a veranda in front of the building and one behind. There is a barbecue and a parking for your car.

 

The colony has a recreation area for adults and kids and offers a variety of sports (tennis, handball etc.).

 

Restaurants, bars and shops are close to the beach as well.

 

Holidays here - that's holiday's with happy end!
